The Application Process

Applications are submitted through OpenApply, AOSR's online admissions platform. The process typically involves:

2. Submission of prior school records (transcripts, report cards)
3. Meeting with the Admissions Officer — an informal but important conversation with the family and, where age-appropriate, the student
4. Placement assessments — grade-appropriate tests in English and mathematics may be administered, particularly for Grades 6–12 entrants, to determine the most suitable class placement

English Proficiency

Since all instruction is delivered in English, proficiency in the language is required. Applicants whose English is uncertain may be given an English placement test as part of the process.
