Kochi Kokusai admits students through Kochi Prefecture's standard public high school entrance selection (入学者選抜) process. From 2026, out-of-prefecture applicants may apply under special 'Kochi Frontier' provisions with prior Prefectural Board approval. As a public school, there are no admission fees or tuition payments.
