EOS Tokyo accepts students year-round on a rolling basis with no fixed application deadline or entrance exam. The process involves submitting an online application with academic transcripts from the current and two prior years, followed by a mandatory Initial Consultation (family interview) at the school. Students from non-English schooling backgrounds must provide TOEFL iBT or Duolingo English Test scores; for grades 9–12, SSAT or SAT scores are welcomed. There is no waitlist and no application fee, though a one-time enrollment fee of ¥100,000 applies upon acceptance. The school targets grade 5 and above (age 10+) with grade-appropriate English proficiency as the primary admission criterion.
