Application Process

Prospective families begin with an online application submission, after which they are invited to tour the campus and meet with the admissions team. Academic Assessments

Assessment requirements vary by grade level:

• Pre-K3 and Pre-K4: Simplified informal assessment appropriate for very young children
• Kindergarten and above: Reading, writing and mathematics assessments
• Grade 1 and above: Full reading, writing and maths tests; EAL assessment where applicable

Students whose English proficiency is uncertain may be required to sit a separate English Language Proficiency Assessment, which carries a fee of RM 1,200. This assessment determines EAL support placement rather than acting as a gate to admission.

No Scholarships or Financial Aid

M'KIS does not operate a scholarship programme or offer need-based financial assistance. Families should budget for the full published fee schedule, which ranges from approximately RM 33,280 per year for Pre-K3 to RM 118,976 per year for Grades 9–12 (2024–2025 fees). A re-enrolment fee of RM 2,300 per year applies to returning students.

Open Days

The school holds an annual Open Day in mid-September (the 2025 event was scheduled for 24–26 September), providing prospective families with guided tours, curriculum presentations and informal Q&A sessions with teachers and current parents. This is the primary public event for families considering enrolment.
